Hi Trevor

Yes I took your recommendation and am using 3mm ply, so I should manage to get the original vinyl to fit. Mine's not basketweave, so hopefully might come up nice?

Andy, is there no foam under the vinyl, or was it like mine just yellow dust? :shock:

My car has no foam. However, for some reason, the manufacturer seems to have hidden tons and tons of sweet smelling brown dust behind every panel, and the headlining!! :roll:

It gets everywhere!

It was parked in a garage from 1987 to 2015!
