+2S rubber seal windscreen w/ SS trim query

Hello All,
I am needing to replace my windscreen seal on my '70 +2S as currently I get a rather wet leg when driving in heavy rain (not just because it's scary!).
Does anyone know if any companies sell the windscreen rubber which will fit the wider stainless steel trim I currently have on the vehicle? From my research here is it the Consul Capri seal that I need? I would very much like to keep it over changing it for a chrome-effect plastic version (assuming that would fit even?).
Many thanks in advance!

I recently spoke to a trim supplier who carried a rubber to fit this but sadly I have lost the contact; I think they supply the capri club with the rubber and the club glues the ends and charges about double. The trimmer charges only around ?50. I am still looking for the number; it may have been from a link on here.

It was East Kent Trim Supplies in Ashford, they knew the type.

Oldscool windscreens in south London know what they are doing... I have seen their work on ferrari and they helped me do my own one over the phone.... I should have gone to them and paid the premium.... I tried a well know auto windscreen company who assured me that they would send a knowledgeable specialist...who didn't have a clue....

Hello all,
Sorry to resurrect an old thread. I've only just got round to buying a windscreen seal and opted for the moulded one with corners from the Consul Capri club, they have them in stock which is good news as the usual suspects didn't have any. Has anyone fitted one of these and did it seal properly?
Thanks in advance,
Guy
