Anyone know the source of the twin license plate lights on my S-3 Coupe? My "kit" does not have them.....(kit as in meaning boxes or old parts).

Hi,
They are a HELLA product,

The original CHROME finish is difficult to find.

I bought some from the German version of Ebay a year or so ago. I think they were being sold for caravans/campers but they were the genuine Hella versions, the only difference was the rubber gasket was black whereas the ones on the Elan were grey. (or faded black ? )

Mike,

I don't know if S3 and S4 are the same. I have an S4 Elan, and bought mine from a nearby Land Rover specialist. If S4 and S3 are the same I will look out the box they came in and let you know. Please reply if you want further information.

the topic has been discussed and Hella references can be of help to source parts (iirc there are a little variations, mostly of the spade connector location)

I could not get proper greyish gasket then but just came across that which would be closer than the common black
