sun visor location

My +2 had new headlining put in by the previous owner, but he did not attach the sun visors. I have three visors, and as they are 'handed', I hope I have a pair. I have been told that there is a wooden block fitted in the fibre glass that these fit into. Is this correct, and could someone provide a picture, preferably without the head lining.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Not great pics, but I think you can see what your looking for. This is a '70 +2s (Fed).
If the PO duplicated the foam pieces when they installed the new head liner, there will be a cutout in the foam where the visor mounts. You may be able to feel the area where the mount holes are. If not I may be able to make measurements to locate the holes for you. It looks like the corner piece was make up as a unit and bonded in during body assembly.
The whole corner piece where the visor mounts is a separate molded piece glassed in. There is no "block of wood", but there appears to be a layer of luan plywood, laminated between two layers of glass. You can just make it out in this picture. If the PO duplicated the foam pieces when they installed the new head liner, there will be a cutout in the foam where the visor mounts. Thanks both, for those replies. Now, how do I decide which is the left side visor, and which is the right?
The parts manual says they are 'handed'
Thanks.
