Why do you insist on ridiculing a post? a poster asked a question and it was answered yet you try to turn the post into a joke.
All questions deserve a informative answer and by adding comments that are neither constructive or helpful does nothing to encourage new members to post a question least they be made to look foolish.
The questions may be beneath your vast technical knowledge being that you were the "wonder boy" at BMW as you are fond of telling us but someone who posts a question is asking for help be it a small or (silly) question in your opinion but they are looking for an answer to something they do not know or they want clarification on.
Considering the majority of your posts are in the inane joke section (a section I dont think the forum needs) I would suggest you carry on building up your post count there instead of the technical section.
Phew, sounds like that one has been festering for a few years; well as they say, better out than in.
