Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Does anyone have any ideas about where the windscreen frames came from??-i've been looking at either tr4,or mg-the tr4 seems pretty close,but not close enough to actually risk buying one!
i've been trying to ignore this problem for ages,blame my sudden interest on the thread about rear view mirrors!
series 1 car,by the way!

I'm going to guess they're unique to Lotus, at least the S1/2 fiberglass frames. They're only about 49" across, too narrow for almost anything but Crosley and Berkeley.
I've got one about to start on eBay... it begins Friday night the 24th,(in the USA.)
