Oddly it has bolt-on wheels instead of spinners.

Apparently it hasn't been run for 26 years.
The interior & the boot are a mess, but the engine compartment seems very clean.

It will be interesting to know what it fetches.

The base Std Elan was sold with bolt on wheels. K/O's were an option. According to Andy Graham, my late 67 S3/SS was sold with bolt on wheels.
There is no cure for Lotus, only treatment.

There are standard S4's kicking round with bolt on's.

Lotus must have bulk bought the wheels at a discount price as Europa's were fitted with them till 1970 or 71.
