It does look like an extremely nice example, but am I missing something? That price feels pretty optimistic....

Oh, 100%. I just didn't know if there was something about the build I was missing. For example it's common in other makes for cars restored by specific people to be worth 50%+ more than othet restorations so I didn't know if maybe that was going on here.
