This car was for sale on Craigslist in August 2018, in NH:

"Restored DHC, Frame/Body/Engine are matching numbers, Frame sandblasted and epoxy painted, Body sanded down and repainted in clear coat. fresh engine rebuilt, aluminum radiator, modern alternator, new top, and many more new parts. 53K miles since new."

I sold that car in 2019 to someone that lived in NH. He must of moved. Not his only Lotus.
