Lotus Elan

Elan S4 owners will no doubt find this interesting...

Just read an article in the Jaguar E-type Club magazine that SNG Barratt is soon to release freshly tooled reproduction rear lights for the S2 and V12 E-types. Other than the reverse light type lens, I believe they are the same part, when swapped left for right.

Holden UK have been doing them for awhile. I got a set of lenses a few years ago. Good quality.https://www.holden.co.uk/p/lucas_l807_5 ... _lens_only

I’m guessing the Federal lights all red with a clear reversing lense?

I ordered a pair of rear light assemblies for my 1970 S4 in July 2019. The right hand assembly was delivered last December. Eventually, I managed to obtain the left hand assembly mid September 2020. Talking if long lead items, Autosparks are quoting 16 weeks to deliver the S4 harness. (With some simple modifications to the dash/radiator wiring)
