Fitted my plus2 and came to the rim edge , unlike yours with a gap?

Difficult to see I grant you, but the Elan ones are a continuous curve from inside to out. The Escort ones have a flat outside surface as shown in your picture. Hope that this helps. I have a set of 6 original ones if any one is feeling rich!! 8) 8)

How are the original ones held on? I had been using the trim-rings from my '82 Honda Accord, but they use metal teeth and I just had the wheels repainted.
We are supposed to be having fun, are we not?

the original ones (and some repros as well) have some folded flaps that tend to bite into the paint - the scratches would not be visible with the rimbellisher on, obviously...
