O.K. ... before using the dreaded fleabay , I thought I`d offer the following Elan & Plus 2 Diff` parts here first ;-

8 x Standard used Lotus Diff` Output Shafts from £25 each .

1 x Ford 3.77 Diff` c/w later large prop` flange fitted (ex Plus 2) , no rear case or output shafts - £225 .

1 x Lotus 3.55 Crown Wheel & Pinion (looks o.k. ) - £150 .

1 x Brand New Ford 3.54 c/w/p Meticulously & Professionally built in to Ford Housing by the amazing Al` ( promotor on here ) with later large Prop` Flange ... everything checked , overhauled or replaced , including planet gears & diff` centre ... even it`s chin has been bevelled to ease fitting in to an Elan - £695 .

1 x Stripped Ford Casing with spares - £50 .

1 x early Elan (smaller) diff` propshaft flange - £25 .

2 x Diff` Tie Rods - £10 each .

I would prefer & welcome any potential buyers , to visit & assess/choose/collect the parts for themselves .
