Sold: Philips Turnolock Radio (FM) - perfect condition

PostPost by: mariodschy » Tue Jan 12, 2021 1:59 pm

For sell i have a Philips Turnolock 22RN513 radio with FM (the last one and the most beautiful one of my collection). The radio is tested and works perfect, sound is great and powerfull with no crash. Face and buttons are very beautiful. The chrome sheet provided with black wrinkle effect back plate. The turnolock function works great an all other buttons, screws, light,... are in full working condition. The volume and frequenzy srews has still the orginal rubbers (no O-Rings), Radio comes with active antenna, original connector and packaging. Price EURO 290.-

Please note: Due the fact that in my country only the FM frequenzy is used i only can test FM(U). The M and K frequenzy i can not test, here we have no support of this 2 frequenz bands.

Just curious, what does this function do?

Turnolock allows you to preset up to 6 stations on the frequency buttons. Then pressing the Turnolock button scrolls through those presets without having to retune. It was thought to be a major improvement at the time as it reduced the time users would take their eye off the road to retune. Doubtless prevented loads of accidents.
