Lotus Elan

Alloy k/o wheels for 2 seat Elan

PostPost by: elancoupe » Sun Sep 27, 2020 10:36 pm

Set of five 13x4.5 k/o 5 peg drive wheels. They are the same width and backspacing as stock wheels. One wheel has a minor edge mark, I used it as my spare.

I purchased these from Paul Matty, I believe the maker was KN wheels.

I have a set of those on my car. I was told that Paul Matty had commissioned them. Thanks for the confirmation!

yes, me too (took me years to get a set, they fit in a stock S4 but fettling may be required, esp. at the rear A-harm location) : I understand the original coating was a very heavy black / transparent material, which could crack with tear or wear over time but remain mostly in place (though oxidation would creep underneath via such openings in the film). I suppose these have been redone, they look very nice...
