Ian, the seats are exactly the same as the 2 seat Elan seats, at 47 / 48 cms wide at the widest. So if your Elan seats fit, so will these. The only difference is the underside, where the Elan sits on an Anglia arrangement for securing to the floor and backwards/forwards adjustment, and the plus 2 has different tubes underneath which bolt onto a frame which provides the adjustment. The frame in turn bolts onto the floor.

Note it is only these early Plus 2 seats that look the same and are the same dimensions as the Elan seats, as the later Plus 2 seats are reclining and are bigger all round.

Gerard, the dash has been reserved (it was for toggle switches) and I don't have a glovebox.

Hi mark
I contacted you a few weeks ago about the plus 2 bonnet. If you still have it would you consider posting it to Aberdeen. There is no hurry for it so I can wait until you have some free time.

Hi Graham
Still too much hassle making up a box for the thing and finding a courier for it. I'm happy to keep it here for as long as you want if you are coming down this way ijn the next year or so.

Hi Mark
I contacted you about a year ago about the plus 2 bonnet you had for sale. I was wondering if it was still for sale. I will be in Wales around 15 April and I am still keen to buy.
Best Regards Graham

We are still waiting for you to inform us who the quality platers were Graham.

Why is that important? Because, as Gareth has indicated, he is looking to have some plating done, as no doubt others are to. If you name and shame, it will stop others who visit our wonderful site, from befalling the same fait. That is how great sites work, praise the good firms, diss the crap ones.

Now you need some help from one of our members....................but we need some help from you. Do the right thing Graham please, thank you.

Hi Graham. Sorry but the bonnet was sold quite some time ago. Why not put a 'wanted' advert up here?If you are collecting you may find a few offers!
Good luck...Mark
