Set (4) Woolfrace alloy wheels and collars for sale

PostPost by: bloodknock » Fri Mar 21, 2014 12:54 pm

Set (4) 14" X 5.5J Woolfrace alloy wheels and collars for sale. These have Goodyear G800's fitted and were purchased around 1975. They have never seen the road. They were purchased just before I took my sprint off the road, I am just in the process of restoring the car, but want it to original spec, so these wheels are surplus to my requirements.
I'm looking for ?400.00 for the set of 4. Buyer to collect or pay for shipping.

For information, The internal (hub face to Rim offset is 88mm
The external wheel face to Rim offset is 49mm

Hi Bob,

I'm in not so sunny Devon, Exeter to be precise . I've always liked the look of Wolfrace Slots, I had some on a MK 1 Cortina. Are the tyres ok considering their age & what does The internal (hub face to Rim offset is 88mm ) mean ?

Neil

From the inboard rim edge to the mounting face of the hub is 88mm. That is the rim sits 88 mm into the wheel arch when measured from the hub mounting face. The tyres look ok, but they are going on 40 years old. They were wrapped in black plastic poly bags for storage and have only been used on the chassis during build indoors. Theyve never been on the road, and still have the moulding pips on the tread.
