This head was on a the Elan when It was purchased. The engine was a big bore stroker 1700++ cc not legal for our racing so a new engine and head was built. I also have the stroker crank, rods, pistons. 4:11 LSD and 4:4 LSD differentials I'm selling. Please contact me at 818 350 six two too to of jsiam 1 at earthlink dot net Thanks Joe

Hi here are some notes from Tony Ingram.
Crank is a narrow journal 77.62mm modified FVC item. The nose was ground to work in the twincam. Rods are also Cosworth from an FVA bore 85.6mm with modified Cosworth FVA pistons The block was a short deck. Just did a engine displacement check looks like 1787.8cc WOW

Asking Price is $2100.00 for the rotating assm. Asking price for the head $2500.00

I had the rods and pistons cleaned up with the same process I do on my carb rebuilds. I am missing one piston pin, locks and little spacers. Also one piston has some damage to one of the ring lands. It was in the motor that way and running fine. The crank is Std on the rods and mains. Joe

Hi I still have the head and diffs. The head has been repaired around the carb mount and that seems to scare people not sure why. It has been like that for more for as long as we owned the Elan with no problems. It could be cleaned up to make it almost unnoticable. Anyways it is collecting dust on the shop floor would like to see it gone. Also I have to great differentials needing a new home. Lets talk.

Thanks Joe
