Set of four extremely rare Knock-On alloy wheels for Lotus Elan, these are believed to be an extremely rare factory option wheel. They match the +2 wheels and Europa wheels, but they are 4 1/2" x 13" so they fit the Baby Elan perfectly with no fender interference. They have steel inserts under the spinner, and 5 blind pockets milled in the back face for the drive pins. They have no bolt holes. There are no markings whatsoever on the wheels. The two rear wheels have had clearance machined on the inner edges to clear the suspension bushings of the rear uprights, which is often necessary on elan wheels. These have their original factory gloss black paint and clearcoat over the machined outer rim edges and tops of the spokes. These are very, very light; much lighter than Panasports. They are excellent original condition. The marks you see are only the remains of some tape over wheel weights. selling for best offer. Keep in mind these are extremely rare wheels. Will ship worldwide.

That's a 1971/2/3/4 Lotus Europa Twin Cam/Special 5.1/2J 4-bolt wheel.

The factory never fitted alloy wheels to the Elan S4/Sprint, KO or otherwise, only steel wheels!

The 4.1/2J KO wheels shown were produced by/for Paul Matty as guys like me were fitting the PLUS 2 5.1/2J wheel to their Elans - with 165/60 13 tyres as shown:

And here's the difference between a 4.1/2J Paul Matty rim (as per Gino's above) and an original Lotus 5.1/2J rim (with 165/60's): check the wheel offset...
