Brian,

I am a satisfied owner of your book. I see that the price has dropped in half since it first came out. I would guess that as you are the featured speaker at LOG 30, you will be bringing along several copies to autograph and sell. Am I correct?

Hi brian

I know its a bore but I suggest that you edit your root message to describe your email address as:

elanman at blueyonder.co.uk

Otherwise with this being an open forum your address will get picked up by spammers' gleaner robots and you will get increasing amounts of spam.

Brian pointed out a descrepency in my earlier post and I would like to clarify. My wife purchased the book as a gift for me when it first came out. She paid $160 US. Since that time, Brian has reduced the price by 31%, not 50%. The reduced value of the pound as opposed to the US dollar accounts for an additional 19% reduction hence the book is available to US buyers for half what my wife paid or $80 US. A terrific value to say the least. Foster Cooperstein is the US agent so you might want to contact him for a copy.

I just received a PM from Brian. Unfortunately, he will not be at LOG 30 as he is scheduled for bypass heart surgery and is forbidden to fly. I'm sure I speak for the rest of the Elan community in wishing him a successful operation and a speedy recovery.
