How far along are you with the conversion?-you must be well ahead if you're getting rid of the carbs!

I know what I need to do, so I am selling the carbs in part to fund the purchase, but also to keep me going!
After all this has been done many times before and I honestly don't see where the complication lies, this is either blind optimism or just because I can see all that needs to be done. I'll report back in the summer and let people know which it was if people are interested.
