You might need a final tweak of the adjustment for the thermostat that monitors the evaporator temperature and cycles the compressor accordingly. Sometimes if it's set too low the result will be that moisture around the evaporator cooling fins will freeze and block the flow of air past them which will reduce the cooling effect inside the car.
