6 speed gearbox

I am thinking of having the 6 speed gearbox (ex mazda as developed by Ken and Neil Myers- now done by Spyder) installed in my S4 and was wondering if anyone on here has already made the switch.
Just looking for views from those who have direct experience and comment on any benefits and downsides
