Fuel line size

PostPost by: pauljones » Mon Mar 19, 2012 9:11 pm

Hi all

Just another quick question, The EFI is being installed in my elan. It should be running no more than 150 bhp. I'm using a bosche inline fuel pump but unsure what size I need for the feed and return. Also the routing for the lines.

Any advice gentlemen?

Paul

I used 8mm because I had plenty at hand. If you need to buy it, 6mm will be more than adequate.
Routing was lower RH corner of the centre box section.

Thanks I thought as much. Did you have any problems routing from the tank? It looks like I'll have to lift the body off but I don't really want too.

Paul,
Completing a route to the tank was a little more involved, but if you lift the body off the frame then it becomes a lot more simple.

I'll PM some pictures for you to get a better idea.
