This one has been raised before so here we go again...

Is there any demand to have a dedicated Zetec section???

No,but how about a Mods section,covering Zetecs,Fuel injection,5speed boxes,upgrades,non-standard modifications etc.

That way the purists don't get upset?

I think there should be some method of grouping all of the previously posted information on the subject of fitting things like Zetec's into Elans & +2's.
There is already a wealth of information here on LotusElan.net that is scattered all over the place.
Anyone new to the subject always has a bag full of questions & an easier way to access presently available information would, IMHO, be of great assistance.
The easy way out of writing "give it a search" is not the answer many of us are looking for.
I have no idea of what work is involved in running a website like this one nor do I have any idea of how difficult it would be to sift through all of the previous postings to sort them into a "new catagory"
I imagine that it would be immense.
As this subject has raised its head again, after a few years, maybe Jeff could provide some guidance?

Cheers
John

The dedicated section (for Mods or Zetecs??) could be on a forward going basis. I.e. not retrospective. Time will cure that problem. This way no poor sod oR Jeff gets the task of sorting through existing posts.

I'd love to know how many of us own or are building Zetec cars. Gerry and I keep in touch but there are others who we hear about from time to time.

Who's out there??
