PMs not sending?

Hi, I'm receiving PMs but I can't send them, can you guide me through the procedure, It was working the last time I tried but now its not?
Surrly if I press "reply" and compose a message, then press "submit" it should work..... or am I missing something?

Well, there might be a glitch in messages this morning. The PM that I just sent to you shows in my messages sent list, but not in the out box.

Hi Bud, thanks for getting back to me, I got your Pm, and replied, but I didn't get the the "message successfully sent notification" so you probably didn't get it?

No, I didn't get it. Maybe you opened my message before I looked at the out box. That would explain what I saw. Good luck sorting out the reply problem at your end.

What do you see that leads you to believe it is not working?

as you can see, people are responding here saying that they didn't receive my PM...... that's the reason I know it's not working!
