Sits on galvanised lotus replacement chassis. Previous body-off restoration including engine rebuild by GST Performance, QED head, webers rebuilt, complete respray, gearbox and diff overhaul - All done to high standard.
Recent works include 4x original specification Dunlop Aquajet tyres( so tread patterns look correct), two new wheels, refurbished Speedo and rev counter, dynalite alternator conversion (looks like dynamo) and Fatboy radiator.
Very original specification except for a few period or usability upgrades including Aluminium fuel tank and Mick Miller solid drive shafts.
Last sold by Paul Mattys and comes with very full A4 lever arch folder packed with receipts, old MOTs, photos and messages from previous owners dating back to the 1980s showing body off restoration and engine build photos. 7 previous owners and have traced 6 of them.
Comes with Original service book, tool kit and jack.
Runs , looks and drives like an Elan should. No time wasters please.
