PostPost by: lotusgagne » Thu Nov 29, 2018 5:37 pm

I have decided to sell my beloved Elan S2 to make room for other projects. Quite original car, looking pretty, with solid chassis and nice body. Strong engine with everything working. Please email [email protected] for more details and pictures. Looking for US$35,000. Car in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

I have known Claude for 30 plus years. Anything he says you can take to the bank as they say.

Hell of a deal on a great car.

I had the pleasure of meeting Claude a few years ago and I agree with Tony. I've seen the car and it's a beauty.

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

To answer Bill's question, VIN is 26/3840, so could be considered as S1.5 as some Lotus books mention. May well be a 1964 car as well, but registered as 1965 as the VIN plate says 'US 65'. Cheers!
