Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

The registration plates and V5 were lost.
The only item for reference is the VIN plate and the markings on the body.
Unfortunately, I am told, the DVLA and Lotus records do not exist for this VIN plate number to identify the original registration.
