1963 bourne body elan

I sold this car on the forum early last year but the sale fell though after a long wait as the money never arrived(glad I didn't release the car!) I then decided to keep the car but I have since changed my mind again.
The car is in need of TOTAL restoration(derelict) but it has original Bourne body, we have the number, engine with correct early head and gearbox. a new diff was fitted in 1972 as well 3.55
a new chassis was also fitted in 1972 the car laid up shorty after that. The engine was running before we took the head off to check the bores. The car has never previously been restored, the last owner had the car 45 years.
this is not for the faint hearted but it is a totally genuine car and I have a letter from Andy Graham Lotus archivist confirming all the numbers.
I brought the car 6 years ago but other cars have taken priority and with 3 other cars still to restore this will realistically never get done by Neil and Ken so its going as we need the space. Most parts are there including original wooden steering wheel painted nose badge etc.
The car needs to go to a good home please as I would like to see it restored and not raced.

The colour was Medici blue, its painted yellow now, I have V5 in my name and green log book it is on sorn at the DVLA

I paid 24k for the car, so offers around that please, a fantastic restoration project with soring prices.
The car is in Neils workshop Northampton UK and can be viewed most times.
