Lotus Elan +2 S130 / 4 1973 - now sold

Restored to a high standard in 1990s with high quality body refinishing and paint, with a replacement Lotus galvanized chassis the car is very nicely detailed with all the correct Lotus parts both in the cabin and out.

Under my 9 year ownership the car has been meticulously mechanically re commissioned major work includes ? Mick Miller drive shaft conversion, complete new clutch assembly, water pump (less than 500 miles ago), new brake and clutch master cylinders, new clutch slave cylinder, new Lockheed brake servo (original rebuilt Girling unit available), front brake calipers overhauled, braided brake hoses all round, cylinder head rebuild to unleaded spec, replacement ignition system 123 electronic ignition distributor (original Lucas distributor available), new coil and Magnacore leads, replacement windscreen, Twin Dellortos overhauled and set up on rolling road. Lotus alloys and Yokohama rubber. Numerous other new parts.

Much time, money and effort has been spent bringing the car up to a standard where it drives and handles as a Lotus should. Comprehensive history file with photos of restoration and receipts past MOTs and service history.
