1972 Lotus Elan Plus 2S/130 For Sale (Seattle, Washington)

This is an very stock, unrestored car that runs ok. It's my primary car on the weekends but I don't commute in it. There is an issue with one of the carbs - the RPM will drop suddenly when accelerating for a second or two. I have been told that this is due to a crack in one of the carbs but I haven't had it checked out yet. The problem doesn't occur when the car is warmed up.
The car is very complete. All the hard to find trim pieces are there and, more importantly, in good shape - bumpers, roof trim above the doors, trim around the front grill opening, etc. The dash is in great shape. The electrical has just been sorted and is in great shape - even the passenger's map light works. It has the rare factory option alloy wheels. The paint is holding up well (don't know the year it was repainted) but some minor chips and the typical spider cracks are visible when you look closely.
