Manifold “Y” piece and Centre pipe orientation

Hello people,
I want to get this correct…
The manifold Y piece has a horizontal bias, should the outlet bias upwards or downwards?
The centre pipe has a 15degree bend at one end, should this be at the front of the car or rear, and viewing from the top down should it go to the left or right?

The 15 degree bend goes at the front of the car and pointed to the left.
