Michelin XAS recall

Probably about a year ago I was made aware of a recall of Michelin XAS tires because some versions did not have a date code stamped into the sidewall as required. I checked mine and sure enough, no date code. I purchased them many years ago.

Well yesterday Michelin delivered my four new XAS tires and they have also said they will send a Visa card with enough money to have them mounted and balanced.

Pretty nice.
