From what car did the exterior door handle come? I know the interior handle came from an MGB, but what about the exterior? Looking at my Moss catalogue, MGB exterior door handles look very different.

They were made by Wilmot Breeden in Birmingham and fitted to many BL models like the XJ6, Triumph Dolomite etc. Very common in the day but suffer from corrosion unfortunately so good ones are hard to find.
There are reproductions available but they don’t seem to work as well as the genuine ones.
Watch out for really poor quality ones being touted as new old stock!

Genuine original handles will have a kitemark and maybe even a part number cast into them.
