Hi guys ,I trying to track down the owner of UPW323H S4 Dhc vehicle, i have found some car history & paperwork that will be of interest to them.

DVLA list it as white, first registered 1 Aug 69 (in Norwich), last MoT due 30 Apr 2019, untaxed since 26 July last year and most recent V5 change 31 May 2012.

have you checked if there was an entry with the corresponding chassis number in the Lotus Elan Registry ?
