So .... github:
https://github.com/gherlt/Lotus-Elan-Pa ... st%20(1971)%20AA-TA%20.xls
There is a download button on the right.
There is some weird formatting going on with that URL. If you get a "Page not found" try https://github.com/gherlt/Lotus-Elan-Parts-List and select the file you want and then the download button will be on the right.

Hi,
I think the file is now in its final shape.
As some seem to have problems downloading from github, I put the file in this location:
http://theelanman.com/service.html
And that maybe adds a few more visits to the site
I would like to ask you all once again, if you notice an error while going through, please report it back !
Thanks !

And now for something completely different .... What next ?
My plans are to put these lines into a database (much like Jim/Unibrain did),
that would make searching easier, and maintanance would be much easier ...
But I would like to take it to the NEXT LEVEL ...
1- Show the plates of the parts catalogue
Makes no sense in the Excel file.
2- Include a mention that some parts where used "In-between", in S1.5 & S2.5
(could be "early S2" and "early S3")
3- include user provided pictures of the part
4- include user provided meassurements of the part
5- include details (one or more) of the crossrefence, much like at the engine parts where FORD part No. are given, but a bit more extensive: Marque / Model / Model Years / Reference No / Part name
Same applying to alternative parts
6- Suppliers info
Who / price ( dated) / part/order no
We could add reviews/comments to that.
7- files
Sketches / CAD files / manual / ...
Any comments, any more ideas ?

The cross reference is a fantastic idea. I know it would have made my restoration much easier. Maybe a separate section for upgrades or upgraded parts.

I have the outline with main gages and glove box as a dxf file. there are no switch locations in this file since it was made to make a dash in a restomod. PM me and I can email the file to you.

Would you possibly know where i can get a digital file for a Elan S3 DHC dashboard LHD?
Like a CAD file? I would be really interested.
