My best guess is that it is an "Series 3" (the "3" in the marking) and a 1967 (the "7" in the marking.)
Interesting to see ancient history preserved in the dust of Texas! Nice!!!
My 1967 Series 3 had PLENTY of rust, and NONE of your lovely markings!
(But it's well on it's way to better than factory. Sooner the better!)
