Very rare Elan Brochure 1962/3

Hi All
I have this brochure as well as the owners instructions manual and the original interim mimeographed factory repair sheets that were shipped with my car on this months 55th anniversary (Dec.20, 1963) of my Elan 1600 (26/0538).
The car was finally shipped to me from the London docks to Vancouver in March 1964.
It's a sunny day today - a good day for a brisk drive with the old girl.
I wonder? Am I the longest original continuous Elan owner.
Bill

Bill,
Just yesterday I saw the great video of you talking about and driving your S1 on YouTube. It was very well done. Amazing!

Hi Bill,
If not the longest owner, you must be very, very close!
I wonder how many of those leaflets they printed and how many were withdrawn with the change to 1558? I'd say it's EXTREMELY rare in 2018/9.
Stick... etc.

Hey Bill,
Just saw the video of your and your Elan on your 50th anniversary ownership- great to put a face with the obvious enthusiasm you have for caring for such a brilliant little car for that long! Something for the rest of us to live up to. Hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New Year.
Cheers, Mark Whitaker

Hi Bill
Great job keeping the Lotus on the road. You have a couple years on me as an original owner.
I took delivery of my S2 in February, 1966 and immediately drove it from New York to California. My only problem was NO HEADLIGHTS on the first day of the trip. Solved by bypassing the headlight flasher relay with a hunk of wire. The wire has been very reliable and is still there nearly 53 years later.
