Just got my S4 out of extended hibernation to get her started.

Never used her last year, so the plan is to do a few road trips this year, bit of prep work first...

well if that was the first start for nine months for my car, I would be concerned....oil has had all that time to drain down...none on bearings or cylinder walls.......and immediate throttle blip....
I would have turned engine over [without a spark] several times to get oil pressure before attempting to start...!!

It was turned over a while tho get the fuel through before firing, just edited that part out!!

Yes the Ultima is a nice car....1050kg......640bhp still prefer the Lotus though.

good for you! still some snow here, then dreaded salt on the roads, I'll have to wait proper Spring and several good rains to wash that down...
