Fair enough - my main, semi-jocular point, was to compare the price in USD, with the other Elan recently highlighted by our American cousins at "just" $70K !

There was an interesting article in either the Guardian or Telegraph yesterday showing that Classic Car price increases have slowed down a lot. (Based on auction prices). With interest rates in the Uk starting to increase again - slowly - I wonder if we?ve already hit ?peak Elan?.
