yes, but i don't believe this needs any restoration work. just clean, polish and install.

When I got my S1, missing a dash, I thought the same.....Smiths gauges available from other cars. WRONG! Fuel gauge yes and dual gauge will work but oil pressure off and a male nut on the temp sensor bulb rather than the female used on the Elan. Speedo and Tach are a problem as mentioned I managed to come up with correct gauges except for the dual gauge. Have to send them in to Nisonger for refurb and black bezels yet.
I've also had some experience with the newer dual gauge and if you want them to light up the same at night you will want the original exterior bulb type. I have a pile of the dual gauges with severed capillary tubes that I plan on having rebuilt for the Elan.
Kurt.

@Ted - the Speedo is from a MG Midget MK1 69-72. The Tach would work, but I would need to repaint the face to match an earlier Lotus face.

Did the 1966 S3 have chrome bezels? How about the 1967?

One more thing...did the S3 have toggle or rocker switches as standard?

S3's had toggle switches up to the 1967 Super Safety model which has rocker swithches.

Thank you for the offer. I'm going to pass as I would have to have the face repainted.
