Does anyone know of a source for the wiper switch / manual pump used in early Elans? Wiper switch works, but washer pump doesn't.

Greg, patience you will see them come up on eBay, I bought a NOS one recently, cost me over GBP60.00 but had knob etc as a spare.

Thanks. I have a saved search on eBay for "manual tudor washer pump." So far, found none that would fit. Just started looking.

They are based on a Ford wiper / manual washer switch, like this one:

Some will be a direct swap, others may have to be fettled a bit. The Anglia electrical switch is I believe only one speed, but maybe you could build one good unit out of two using your original switch.

Don't forget about the check valve. In Europas, it's attached to the end of the pick-up tube inside the Tudor reservoir bag. The pump itself may be okay.

I have a spare switch/pump from a Europa, but I don't know if it is identical to the Elan one. Two-speeds for the wipers, and the manual push on the knob to pump fluid to the windscreen. PM me if you think that might work for you.
