Sprint dashboard - orginal pictures

PostPost by: mariodschy » Thu Sep 15, 2016 1:26 pm

Hi, i am looking for pictures which shows the original Sprint dashboard.
My Sprint has the ignition key on the dashboard and i want to go back to original (ignition key on steering column) but they are so many different dashboard styles
What kind of wood was the dashboard made of?

Thanks for your help.

I have attached 2 picture's of Kenny Mance's original Federal Sprint (like yours), has one of the best original dashes I know of...

Note the "Fasten belts light" between the radio & glove box, I have not seen that in any replacement dash.

I believe the dash to be made from ply with a straight grained Teak veneer
