Attended my first "Classic Car Sunday" at Alton (near Farnborough) today. Organised by http://www.crotchcooler.co.uk on first Sunday of the month in the summer.
I spied a Europa in the field when I arrived so I deftly parked alongside and 30 seconds later another 1967 S3 SE turned up and they (Russell and Lorraine) grabbed the spot next to me. A marvellous coincidence and we all had a good chat and opportunity to compare bits and bobs
There was also a lotus Twincam powered Escort and an Exige but I didn't get the chance to chat to the owners.
Lovely laid back day out.

Looks like you had a good day Steve. It is nice to have a few classics around you. I had a similar day last Sunday. 6 Lotus turned up at the drive it day, 2 +2's, 2 Elan,s, Europa Special and an Eclat. There would have been another +2 and a Sprint but due to illness they where not able to attend
