I have just been looking at that cable in OZ and in my opinion that is not the type that was fitted to Elans, take a look at the window of the knob and it is not the same as mine ( which has a " convex" window) while the OZ one seems to be concave, it is also not the same symbol and as you appear to be looking for originality I do not believe it is correct.
