Never read anything malicious on this forum :shock:

The DVLA 8 points rules and regs quoted are like most Gov't doc's - open to interpretation - "A guide for wise men and a rule book for fools"

That being said, a Spyder frame/chassis, a Zetec engine, Spyder suspension and non standard gearbox and diff etc would be well into Q plate territory :twisted:

Through on the basis of continuous registration.... Only the Engine is notifiable.

In some parts of Essex that might be considered more 'Q' car rather than Q Plate.
Think of it Q plate, Type approval and a bill for the back tax.
