Posted: Wed Sep 18, 2013 7:34 pmThe car has been in my garage and hasn't been on the road for 10 years simply because I have a 1987 Turbo Esprit HCI. Now the Esprit requires work I decided to get the car out and try to start it. After draining the fuel tank and cleaning the weber carbs out, cleaning the plugs, and fitting a new battery I was ready to go. After about 5 minutes of near starts with the ether, it powered into life , over 40lbs of oil pressure. I had forgotten what a pleasure it is to drive.
