At what point did we suddenly find that this is a concrete barn with a 'double' up and over door. Unless you have a different set of photographs I don't see any of that.

I'm glad Tim has now shown me pictures of my Elan that I lost a long time ago one night whilst driving down country lanes when I was probably over the limit. I just have to find the logbook and folder of documents, although I vaguely remember they might have been in the boot. What a silly thing to do!

They tend not to do that here in the UK. You are not allowed to use unreasonable force against burglars or trespassers, you can only kill burglars if there is imminent danger to your own life or your family/guests.

In this case, as described, there wasn't any forced entry (the door of the building was not locked (?)) so it it merely civil trespass, for which the owner can merely sue for the value of any damage done.

I'm lusting after this original barn find Lotus Elan Sprint in the delectable shade of Colorado Orange that I have just discovered obviously totally forgotten by it's wealthy eccentric but obviously upstanding pillar of the community owner, dontcha know,
Farmer/Landowner:
I say, look at that old thing I really have forgotten about it, must get around to clearing this concrete sectional garage like barn, you look like a handy fellow, I don't suppose you could help me out?

Well I must say I'm awfully glad you dropped by today, perhaps you could look in the other concrete sectional garage like barn around the corner for me, my cousin Ed is storing a genuine 26R race road registered Shapecraft BRM non standard unmodified barn find in there and hasn't paid me a penny in rent, so I expect he's absent minded like me and has forgotten about it.
