Necromancy is just plain wrong and possibly a sin.

Necromancy - I thought that she was a very nice girl when I took her out. Not much conversation though and a bit dead in the ideas department when it came to choosing bumper colours............however her mother was another story all together. I think her name was Dodo...........

Update; I`ve bought the bloomin` thing. I don`t want it, I`ve paid too much, the wife has applied for me to be certified, but I`ve done a mate a favour and bought some asbestos gloves in case I get my fingers burnt.
In a week or 2 it should be here, in Foolow, Derbyshire, so if any inmates from Rampton can get a pass out, and a (big) bag of cash, they can come, look, and kick some tyres, but not too hard.

Well sincere congratulations! Now you have a brace of dropheads - SE and a standard car.

Good luck and I'm sure it won't be as bad as it looks.

And by the way the telephone number of Relate, they took over from the National Marriage Guidance Council, is +44 3767890 78863

Of course you realise you're going to have to paint it white.

David say nothing, there is nothing to add :)

Congratulations Jim!
Its very difficult if you see a little car in distress not to go and offer help to bring it back on the road.
I think I have been watching too many Children's films

BON COURAGE as they say here!

Oh well done Jim! I look forward to seeing it fully restored at Silvesrtone for the 50th!

Mention of Rampton bought back some funny old memories - I was at school near there!

Congratulations Jim!

What you've done is actually very wise, better than buying a car that has an MOT but a shedload of problems like I did, At least when you build it you know you've done it right.

See you at the Goodwood Breakfast Club in it in two weeks?

...and what were the "pepperpot" bonnet holes about?

They don't seem to match the ends of cracks...as an attempt to stop them propogating!
