I sent out a reminder email a day or so ago asking for people the update their entries. The response has been huge with lots of updates and new pictures. I also have a list of cars that have been sold that I need to find a way to capture in the registry.

I've received a number of questions over the last few days about updating information.

You can upload the image by logging into the site (http://www.elanregistry.org) , Select ?My Account? from the bar at the top of the page. Then select the icon with the pencil next to the car?s information. There will be an upload image button at the bottom of the page.

If you've forgotten your password or username, there are links in the upper right near the login box to retrieve your username and reset your password.

There doesn't appear to be a way to remove one's record from the registry. This would be a good feature to have. -Will

There is a way to remove a car but please don't. I'll be removing that ability in the near future.

I want to keep all the versions of a car and all previous owners information to build a better history of what has happened and who has owned a particular car.

Can I give this thread a bump- particularly to new members of Elan.Net?

Please add your car(s) to the registry, it is a great resource and now runs to 34 pages.

Also, perhaps if you have sold a car you could remove your entry and prompt the new owner to register too?

The registry is still active and growing with 852 entries. Have a look at the Stats Page for some interesting tidbits.

There are 3 new entries in the last 15 days
There are 10 new entries in the last 30 days
There are 16 new entries in the last 45 days
There are 31 new entries in the last 90 days
There are 60 new entries in the last 180 days
There are 99 new entries in the last 365 days
